  • Free exchangesĀ - we pay shipping both ways!
  • Returns:Ā $10 return shipping fee
  • + $3 handling fee per item. OR choose store credit and get no fees + an extra $10 bonus credit (no shipping fee!)Ā Pro tip:Ā If the shoes didn't work out, use your store credit on one of our gorgeousĀ crossbody bags! šŸ‘œ
  • 15-days:Ā Please initiate your return/exchange within 15 days of order receipt.
  • Unused only:Ā No signs of wear, please! Return in original packaging with tissue paper to protect in transit.
  • Free Gift with Purchase:Ā For returns, if your purchase included complimentary gifts, please return those items as well. If you prefer to keep the gifts, their value will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our premium full-grain leather is meant to stretch and adapt to your foot (it's one of the reasons we love real leather!). If your new Womads feel just a touch tight, don't panic - this is totally normal and fixable!

P.S.Ā If the edge where your toes peep out is rubbing, you can use the tips from the article above or also you can gently file the inside edge with a nail file to soften that area.

Our lightly padded leather insoles are designed for all-day comfort and maximum flexibility, but every foot is different!

If your feet prefer a little arch support, a simple insert can do the trick.

My recommendation: Grab a slim arch support insert from Amazon - they're usually under $10 and can transform how your shoes feel. I've tested theĀ Dr. Foot's Arch Support Shoe InsertsĀ and they stayed on very well!
