Shipping policy

We ship from Miami, Florida.  

It's our priority to ship your shoes as quickly as possible. Once you place your order with us, the wheels are set in motion. So, if you need to make any changes to your order, we ask that you contact us right away so we can accommodate your request.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal service problems that are outside of your control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders over $180, we offer Free Economy Shipping within the USA. 

For orders under $180, we offer the following:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@womads.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer free exchanges and will pay for shipping both ways within the U.S.A. 

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs ($10) for the return and a $3 handling fee per item.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@womads.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to make you happy!

Lost/Stolen Orders

If your package is marked delivered but you do not see it, please start by checking with your neighbors. If that doesn't help, please notify us at hello@womads.co immediately. We ask that you notify us within 3 days of "delivery" so we can do what we can to help. We will try to obtain proof of delivery and assistance from the carrier.

Please note once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Womads is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do what we can to help find your package. 

Please do not ship items to an address if you will not be available to receive it. Unfortunately, package theft is a reality these days and we send real-time shipping updates to avoid this as much as possible.
